This is my first experience with laser hair removal and thus far it’s been a great one. I appreciate how thorough the process has been with scheduling and reminders. I initially noticed people tagging Semper on Instagram and citing their free consultation and first session offer and wanted to check it out – a really nice touch. I came in for my consult she first session this week and ended up purchasing a package for 2 areas thanks to a great discount. Jasmine performed my session and put my mind at ease. She checks in throughout the treatment to make sure I’m comfortable and if she needs to slow down. She’s attentive to my experience and encouraging about the decision to do this. I had my first appointment here a little over a month ago. I am doing removal on my legs and my chin. It was almost completely painless and the staff was absolutely wonderful. They took time to explain everything for me and make sure I was comfortable. They also thoroughly covered my tattoos- since you can’t laser over those!

They did such a great job of educating me on what to expect and what is normal vs what is not. They are also very kind in general. I am very pleased with my experience given it’s my first time.
