I always have beautiful nails done when I go there. I stopped going due to my work schedule but went back today and Mike did my nails today and absolutely loved them!! He was very artistic, professional and fast which I love! I’ll be going back to see Mike again in a couple of weeks!

Gentleman standing in the mall gave me one price, then the lady at the receptionist desk gave me another price. The lady ( name I won’t mention because people still need to work) did a horrible job. She was on her phone watching a movie or listening to it the whole time she was supposed to be providing a service. They charged me 20 dollars to remove old nail polish, clip my nails and to wash my hands. At the end, my nails were rough, uneven and bumpy on the top. It was so bad that when I noticed she was going to do nothing else, I got up ,paid and left. I will never go there again!

Horribly done nails. Didn’t paint to the edge of the nail. Acrylic was on my fingers beyond my nail. Charged 40$! Horribleness in its purest. Had my pinky cut open with nail file and it got infected so there’s that. Never go here. They won’t refund.

Critical: QualityThis is my second time coming here, the first time I went was about 3 years ago and I don’t remember much of the experience but the most recent time was about a week ago and they made up prices as the went along, looked confused like they didn’t know what they were doing the whole time, cut my pinky open with the nail drill filer, not to mention I paid $75 dollars for really short almond shaped gel nails that the guy messed up several times and didn’t notice until I pointed it out (more than once) and the paint job is horrible. This is my second time coming here, the first time I went was about 3 years ago and I don’t remember much of the experience but the most recent time was about a week ago and they made up prices as the went along, looked confused like they didn’t know what they were doing the whole time, cut my pinky open with the nail drill filer, not to mention I paid $75 dollars for really short almond shaped gel nails that the guy messed up several times and didn’t notice until I pointed it out (more than once) and the paint job is horrible. I was a little apprehensive at first but my guy was really nice and explained things to me when I had questions. Nails turned out great I got tips with dip removed and then dip over my natural nails. I like them. I wouldn’t be opposed to coming back at all. Reading reviews was a bit scary but I’m happy overall

Got a gel pedicure and a filling and gel manicure and the guy that painted my toe nails didn’t even painted the top of the toe nails and when he was doing my manicure, I asked him if I could please pick another color because my toe nails were ok but too dark and I wanted a lighter color and he completely ignored me even though he understood. I’m on my way to another salon to get them fixed because my nails look like they’re due for a filling because he didn’t even painted them properly so today was my first and last visit.
