I was referred to Semblance by someone and I’m glad I decided to check it out. Ben did an excellent job on my haircut, and color-corrected my hair so it didn’t look so dry and washed out (I have very dark brown hair and decided to go pretty blonde a few months ago). The company refused to refund my 90 dollars that I paid for hair coloring services with Ben but had to reschedule later since the nail appointment next door was taking longer for my friend. Its unfortunate the salon thinks 90 dollars is more important than 2 customers. You can keep the 90 dollars but shame on you for taking free money. Just because Ben is no longer there does not mean I didn’t pay for the service.
