I have been a client here for 3 plus years. Every tech I have used has left. I’ve seen the level of service decline, but I kept finding a good tech and stayed. There has been a large turnover in the last 6 months. I ended up with a different nail tech then I scheduled with. They never mentioned my person left. They gave me a “newbie” My nails are a mess. I will not be going back. And yes I did call to complain…..

I was traveling from out of town and wanted to get my nails done. I went here twice during my stay for both a pedicure and no chip manicure. I’m very picky with my nails and was impressed with the job they did. Artwork done was amazing! Even more impressed with how they handled safety precautions during COVID. I’ll be back next time I’m in town.

I didn’t know what to get my sweet sister for her birthday and I decided to look up Selina Nails & Day Spa and I was pleasantly pleased to see it’s such an upscale salon. This place is gorgeous. I don’t live near there I’m 4 hours away but I bought my sister a dip manicure and she was thrilled to find out that I was the one who did this for her. The owners are very nice and honest and that’s what counts. thank you so much. Have a blessed and profitable business.

I was shown to my chair within a few minutes of my appointment time. The soaking tub was filled with water that was warm, and I was told my technician would be with me. I waited for 20 minutes before taking my feet out of the now cold water. After 30 minutes of no one interacting with me, I put my shoes on and told the desk attendant I was leaving. She did not know where my technician went, only that she was finishing a client when I arrived.

I was very disappointed. Went for my bday and the lady couldn’t even get my in grown toe nails done. Then we I told her to push harder she didn’t. She rubbed my legs and feet. I would suggest not using Karina if you like a massage and not a rub down.
