She is very professional in her work, and strives to create a relaxing and calm environment. I had never been to an esthetician before and was highly recommended her by others. I wanted a very natural looking lash and she did a lash lift and tint for me. She explained what it would do for my lashes, and talked me through the whole process, explaining each step as she went. In the end, the results were beyond amazing. Two months later and my lashes are still lifted as if I just curled them. She also talked to me about my skincare needs as I expressed I would love help with my skin. She creates custom facials and will personally work with you for your skincare goals. Selena is also very clean and ensures all surfaces and tools are sanitized. She practices safety and follows all COVID-19 protocols. Selena is wonderful and truly knowledgable as an esthetician. She is very professional in her work, and strives to create a relaxing and calm environment. I had never been to an esthetician before and was highly recommended her by others. I wanted a very natural looking lash and she did a lash lift and tint for me. She explained what it would do for my lashes, and talked me through the whole process, explaining each step as she went. In the end, the results were beyond amazing. Critical: QualityI spend $150 to have my eyelashes and brows lifted and tinted. When I got home, I realized that I had picked the wrong person to do my eyelashes. They are my favorite feature, and while I’m sure she has done good with some people, this was not the case. She used too small of a curling rod which resulted in my eyelashes being curled into my eyelids. Double curling if you will. Then she let the perm solution sit for too long and fried my eyelashes. Here I am, 7 weeks later (pictures), spending $85 on serum to help my eyelashes become healthy again. I followed perm instructions for her lash lift that she gave me, conditioner, no water for at least 24 hours on them. And I haven’t worn mascara since then because they’re so messed up. I am very sad that my eyelashes were ruined. I messaged her to tell her and she made it seem like it was neglect on my part yet the instructions were followed to a T. I spend $150 to have my eyelashes and brows lifted and tinted. When I got home, I realized that I had picked the wrong person to do my eyelashes. They are my favorite feature, and while I’m sure she has done good with some people, this was not the case.
