I use to come here often. The past 3 times I’ve been, only 1 person was working. This past weekend, I waited an hour and 15 minutes before she could get to me. She rushed through my feet and my nails, my nails are supposed to be coffin shaped, they’re square. I asked for my ring finger nails to have crystals on them, she groaned and did it, but she put 1 huge bar shaped crystal down the middle and when she was done she said “finally”. My nails are super thick and bulky and I got a full sheet . My nails are so wide and I can’t wait to get them off. My hands look awful. I’m never going back
