Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI have been coming here for about 6 months now.Lisa is amazing. She is the only one that I will go to.On 12/27 I had to come back in after my no chip started peeling after 5 days. Lisa was on vacation and the man on the phone booked me with Selena. When I got there Selena already took someone else even though I had an appointment with her. She said “well I didn’t do your nails right?” I said no but I was scheduled with her and she continued with her person while ignoring me.I finally sat with someone and she looked at all the places where my polish was peeling and took the clippers and tried to peel it off. I ripped my hand away and told her it had to be soaked off and she was damaging my nails. She got all frustrated, cut off the peeling parts and had the front desk guy come and file off the top coat and put the foil on my nails. She then went to a different table and took a walk in person. As she started the customers nails, I asked “aren’t you doing my nails?” And she laughed and said oh no I’m not.At this point I almost walked out and ANOTHER girl told me to come over to her table and she did my nails. She did a great a job but this was so frustrating.If Lisa was there this would have never happened because she genuinely cares about her clients.Do better select nails- this isn’t the first time I have had bad service. I have a mixed feelings about this salon… I was there first time two weeks ago. I made an appointment online with Lily, she was highly recommended in multiple reviews. Well…Lily was pretty busy and didn’t bother to explain anything to me just sent another technician. That’s ok, I decided I will give it a try. I went for no chip mani and regular pedi. Long story short, I ended up with two bleeding fingers and 3 cut toes, I didn’t say anything, I guess it might happen. I came back home, didn’t check the work, seemed ok. But when I get a closer look at my pedi… it was just horrible! No chip wasn’t removed properly, there were bumps and grooves, so uneven! I called, went next day and they fixed it. There is a young guy working there and he did an amazing job! Big thank you!

I got my wedding nails done here. The tech was great, even though we made an appointment and had to wait. My nails did turn out beautiful (even though the color was off), however two of them fell off after only a few days. I’ve gotten dip nails multiple times and this has never happened to me before. I’m very disappointed and can’t say I would go back.

I used to love this place. Had been a loyal customer since 2017. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning due to the experience I had last weekend. There was a man doing my nails and I NEVER, in all my times at the salon, have seen him doing more than wrapping peoples nails to be soaked in nail polish remover or the occasional pedicure, he’s always seemed like more of a helper in the salon . He did my nails last time and frankly did an awful job. He didn’t seem to know what he was doing. I got a no chip, the water he used to soak my hands was ice cold. He didn’t bother cleaning under my nails. They were unevenly filed and painted terribly. It wasn’t anything fancy, just a no chip.

Will not be going back Ever again! Have been going here for a couple of years now and I’ve never really had this happen before. I got a no chip manicure and no chip pedicure. My no chip manicure didn’t even last two days when it started to chip off. I called and they asked me to go in and have it fixed. I did and the guy who did my nails the first time did not fix my nails his mom did. She was rude and didn’t really care about matching the color I had on my other nails. I told her twice that they color she was putting on did not match. She kept saying saying “ I fix for you ok!” She was not listening until I pulled my hand away from her.

Previous place I went to did my nails bulky and odd-shaped. Coming to select nail they did a wonderful job straightening things out feeling in the acrylic cap and straightening them out. My nails feel lighter more manageable and absolutely beautiful. Can’t wait to go back in 2 weeks

As with any nail shop, it depends who you get within the shop. I got really lucky today and got someone from this shop that did such a great job I had to write them a review!
