Selah Therapeutic Massage offers therapeutic deep tissue and neuromuscular therapy, Swedish relaxation massage, manual lymphatic drainage, hot stones and cupping. We provide 1 hour sessions, 90 minute sessions and 2 hour sessions. Our massage therapists are Kathy Terrell, LMT #3699 and Tami Rawls, LMT #5811. Kathy graduated from Birmingham School of Massage in 2012, and established her own massage therapy business shortly thereafter. She started Selah Therapeutic Massage and has maintained a successful name for herself and the business through the years. Tami graduated from Birmingham School of Massage in 2021. She has a background in healthcare, including 5 years as a CNA/caregiver and 21 years in Occupational Therapy (associates degree).

Looooved this place! Kathy was able to work around my schedule, which is already a huge plus for me. I work long hours for most of the week, so it can be difficult to find services. She was very accommodating. The massage experience itself was absolutely excellent. I usually prefer male masseuses, because I enjoy firm massages, but Kathy was masterfully able to combine strength and grace. She truly has magic hands. As a person who loves casual massages and has been to dozens of clinics in several states, I can honestly say Kathy is one of the best. Highly recommended!

I’ve had issues with my neck and shoulder for a few years now. Been to multiple massage therapists that have eased my tension some but after my first visit with her it was completely gone. Kathy Terrell is an amazing massage therapist! She truly has magic hands! I strained a muscle in my upper back/shoulder area and could hardly turn my head or move my arm. After Kathy worked on me, I had no pain and I could freely turn my head and move my arm. She has given me relief from overworked/overused muscles, stress and tension, and plantar fasciitis.
