She had been consulting with me prior to our appointment so she was able to quickly look at my hair and know exactly what to do. I came in with red/brassy hair (the pictures below of me in a black and white shirt) and she was able to get exactly what I wanted(pictures in the denim jacket). Oh, and she was able to achieve this product in HALF the time I am used to. Kathryn was FANTASTIC! She was ready immediately and I didn’t have to wait at all. She had been consulting with me prior to our appointment so she was able to quickly look at my hair and know exactly what to do. Not professional at all, my hair does not look like any of the 3 pictures we talked about and I am hair stylist myself and this is horrible color job, I should have just done it myself! I also was blown out with wet color on my scalp and color dripping down my face because she was more worried about eating shrimp and steak than finishing my head. Worst experience I have ever had and my client at my salon are asking me what happened to my hair and the stylist at my salon have said how bad it looks! My hair is my job and you messed that up so how are my clients suppose to trust what I am doing am doing to their hair when mine looks this bad!

Made an appointment with a stylist at the salon, and after having multiple discussions about the upcoming appointment she canceled with very little notice, comma like less than 2 hours. She then proceeded to ask if I could come the following day. I’m sorry but I’ve missed an entire day of work because we planned this appointment weeks ago and if you have openings as soon as tomorrow you likely aren’t a very good stylist.

100% wonderful experience! Megan is so sweet, and she got me in last minute on a Saturday to fix my hair for me for a wedding that I’m in town for. The salon is beautiful, the atmosphere is quiet, and I would absolutely come back for a cut/color.

Critical: ProfessionalismOwner is not professional and honestly should not handle a business. Anytime she is contacted she states how “busy” she is and how she has a lot going on personally…she does not manage her time well. I tried reaching out several times via phone and Instagram for an appointment and felt like I had been kicked to the curb. I ended up “unsending” my messages on social media after going weeks ignored. I’m sorry but if you’re going to take on responsibilities of owning a salon, you may want to make time for potential customers. I’ve since found an amazing salon in South Park and even though it’s far away, they’re reliable and put their customers first.Owner is not professional and honestly should not handle a business. Owner is not professional and honestly should not handle a business. Anytime she is contacted she states how “busy” she is and how she has a lot going on personally…she does not manage her time well. I tried reaching out several times via phone and Instagram for an appointment and felt like I had been kicked to the curb.
