I always come here to buy hair for my clients being that they are one of the few stores that give discounts if you buy more than one pack of hair. One of my latest encounter with this store was me going to buy hair for TWO clients and the person helping me (looks like she’s in high school) didn’t know a thing what she was talking about. She took a long time to help me with my needs and who I’m assuming is the owner proceeded to tell me that they were closing if I wasn’t going to buy anything. Obviously in this moment I wanted to leave without giving them my money but I already had spent so much time and my clients needed it at 8am the next morning. The hair was WAY over priced and once I got home and opened it the hair was super thin and not enough. Today being my first time going since then the same guy who I’m assuming is the owner didnt seem like he wanted to help. I asked him questions and he had no hesitation to respond with “I don’t know” with attitude. If you are going to work for/own a hair store you should be knowledgeable about your products. He also talked about me a CUSTOMER in Spanish to one of his employees who had attitude herself. I left without buying anything this time because to me it just doesn’t seem worth it at this point.

The personnel never pays atention for what are they charging, several times they charge me and don’t give me all my stuffs and need to go back. It’s ok to hire high school students , but man is a job show them to don’t be talking to her friends when charging to avoid mistakes and don’t be nasty to the clients…
