Everyone is friendly, the environment is inviting, and since my stylist has been working here and being that AVEDA is continuously learning, she has grown so much and I didn’t even know she could be better than she already was. I scheduled a pedicure on a whim before a trip and was very unpleasantly surprised. Considering the price, you would expect a “ typical ” pedicure experience with the massage chair and jet foot bath. Instead, you get the kind of chair you see in a living room display at IKEA, and a “foot tub” that is essentially just a bucket of water (which my feet were in for maybe 2 mins tops). It’s the kind of setup you do at home if you can’t make it to the salon. The application of the polish was average; there’s a spot missing on my toe and it was gel so it was cured and wouldn’t have chipped off after. So between the experience and the quality of the work, I’m very disappointed. I actually feel bad leaving a negative review because all of the girls are very nice there, but I feel the experience should definitely be upgraded or the price should be lowered to fit the experience they offer.

Alexa did an amazing job putting babylights and lowlights in my hair and blending them to look natural like I wanted. She also put in tinsel and it fully elevated my hair and made it so fun! I definitely recommend Alexa! Hairstyling, Haircut

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe ladies working there were nice and the beauty salon looks nice inside but my hair cut was the worst hair cut I ever have. I dont recommend this place!!I think they put the new girl to practice with my hair because she was stopping a couple times in the middle of my hair cut to ask the other ladies how to do it so the 3 ladies ended up cutting my hair, I was really stressed at that point I wanted to cry. I pay $40 just to ruin my hair.Plus I let them know in advance that I needed to be somewhere at 12 bc it was really important and after 1 hour and a half they were not done yet, it was already 12 and I was still there I had to leave with my hair not done. Great place! Roomy, clean and organized. Had a haircut and Balayage done, my daughter had a hair cut and color “chunking”. Both of us LOVED IT! I highly recommend any service by Carleen. She did an great job for both my daughter and I!!
