Im not a regular here, but I will be. This place is literally half the price for a mani and pedi compared to where I usually go. The gel colors are much more limited here than where I normally go but for half the price can’t argue with that. Plus, I actually really like how these are done. The staff was friendly and I came in early for my appointment but they helped me right away anyway. Will be coming back.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI initially went in with my boyfriend to get a pedicure and manicure. The next day my shellac nails had already chipped. I called them and they said to come. I went in and got attitude. They kept helping new clients that walked in after me. Finally he called me over and had me soak my nails for 45-60 min then rushed me through. 2 days after they fixed them my nails chipped again. I didn’t even attempt to go back. I initially went in with my boyfriend to get a pedicure and manicure. The next day my shellac nails had already chipped. I called them and they said to come. I went in and got attitude. I will never be back. The techs didnt talk it all. I was not offered a drink yet 2 others were while I was there. I asked for a french tip and the tech didnt know what she was doing. None of the “stripes” are the same size. The color is uneven. My thumb nail has a hair from the brush and she clear coated over the hair.

I tried another place and the wait was horrible, so I left and went to Seguin nails and only had to wait like 5 minutes. The whole staff is friendly. Do not recommend this place. Went to get done my nails. Did shabby work one is short one nail is long one nail is sharp when I told her to do square shape. She got angry when I told her to do short nails.within a week everything started coming off. And in front of me she was talking abt me n my kid in her Vietnamese language. I don’t respect customer. U don’t deserve it.
