Last time I came here , the older blonde lady ( not the owner)chopped my sons ear in three different spots yet failed to notify me as his mother. Had to find out from my child once I left AND tipped the woman( yes she accepted my money and again failed to mention anything to me ) . Horrible customer service. I complained of course but according to family friends the owners didn’t fire or suspend her as she remains employeed there .Beware of your children’s safety .. it’s really too bad , the owners are GREAT people too bad their employees do not reflect the same work ethic .
