This has become my permanent salon! Jack was the one that has always taken care of my hair and I love them each time. He is very knowledgable and takes the time to walk you through each step of your hair process and answers all of your questions. As I tend to have a busy schedule, finding time to get my hair done is tricky, but Jack is very patient and does his best to squeeze me in at a reasonable date/time. Although the prices can be a little pricy, I think it is definitely worth it. The salon is clean and the staff are always attentive and nice.

I used to have terrible experience with salons before when it comes to hair cuts and coloring. I found this salon on Instagram from their hashtags and I seen some of Bao’s work and I was amazed. I decided to book an appointment with him even though the location was a little further away from me but I thought it’s gotta be worth it. I discussed the color options that I may want with Bao and he gave me professional insights on it. Before we started he process he made sure I understood everything. After we’re done he actually took the time to show me side by side the picture of the hair I wanted and what my hair looks like from the mirror and it ended up to be exactly the same! The talent and the skills that he has with hair is so impressive and amazing. I couldn’t express enough how happy I am with my hair.

I AM IN LOVE WITH SECRET SALON 316!!!! I grew out my hair for years just to get blessed by @hairby_secret_bao (on ig). I got my first session done on July 1. It was my first time ever getting my hair professionally dyed. When searching for a hair artist, Bao was special because of his air touch technique. And just look him up on instagram, you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about! His photos speak volumes! I showed Bao my inspiration photos and he gave me really great advice to help maintain the health of my hair while at the same time, achieving the goal that I wanted. I have a LOTTTT of hair, and he was VERYYY thorough and diligent. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair and honestly feel much more confident in myself. I went back today to get my roots done as well as go lighter with some face framing layers. I had more inspo photos to show him, and of course he gave me more advice to maintain the health of my hair and gave me options on how to reach my end goal. He consistently checks up on me to see if I am comfortable while working on my hair for 7 hours straight. Him and his assistant Chloe provide great customer service and are so friendly. I highly recommend everyone to book with Bao, his work is amazing and I always receive so many compliments on my hair. From beginning to end, my hair looks so gorgeous and feels so damn healthy! The tone of my hair goes so well with my skin, I am just so in love. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, someone who actually cares about the health of your hair, funny, and thorough, book with Bao. I will keep driving far to just get my hair done by him. I was greeted with a very warm welcome from Debra, who made me feel very comfortable. I’ve never had a haircut as gentle as this before. Joanne listened to me and cut my hair exactly like I asked. She is amazing! Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely continue to cut my hair at the secret salon. I did have a little bit of trouble locating it. There’s a sign outside but the salon is on the second floor right above a different hair salon. Definitely recommend 10/10.

First time at Secret Salon, my hair was damaged and broke down a lot. My friend told me go to see Bao. Definitely high recommend. The technical and his skill level are very well. I thought I cannot go light hair anymore but Bao tried his best to save my hair and even the length. Also, compared to the price with the other salon, it’s worth it.

Not only did he provide an amazing colour correction but he made sure to take my hair’s condition into consideration so that it wasn’t overly damaged. My husband and I went to get our haircuts last week and we loved it! We both had Tina-she did an amazing job. My husband and I both don’t like going to salons or getting our haircut because it seems like no one ever knows what to do with our hair. I have very thick coarse hair and my husband has very curly fine hair and we always end up with bad haircuts but Tina did an awesome job on both of ours. Can’t wait to come back when it’s time to get our hair done again!

This is my second haircut and perm by Anna! She is very professional and will listen to your concerns and input & does a fantastic job! I cant recommend her enough. The salon is nicely decorated and has a great atmosphere. Price for the cut & perm was also very affordable. Would definitely come back!
