My friends and I went to get nails done for my wedding. We had an appointment, which was started 30 minutes later than scheduled. We showed her what we wanted. One of us got the wrong colors, and rippled nails. I left the store with dry and crusty looking hands, with really uneven French tips. I didn’t even want French tips but she insisted and did it anyways. She also did not do the simple color design I wanted. AND she cut my hands 3x. I didn’t realize how bad they were until we left. We left paying double for what we budgeted. Not impressed. I would have asked for a refund, but they locked the doors.

Me and my mother went to get our nails done at this salon, as soon as we sat down we were being hassled to pick because we were sharing one sample it took a few minutes but this woman who I’m assuming runs the place gave us attitude the whole time and had a very rushing/ rude attitude although we were the only ones in the salon.

I wanted an ombré and I pretty much got half white and half pink with no blend. She cut my skin with her drill and she put the top coat on and sent me off. Didn’t use cuticle oil or anything. Didn’t feel welcome, weird stares from all the employees. I feel as if this nail job was personal and did on purpose, because this lady had just done another girls nails and they looked great. I wanted to take my daughter in for her first pedicure for her birthday. I called ahead and said I wanted to do the princess pedicure, with the robe and tiara that is shown on the website. They scheduled the appointment for me without any issues. We showed up, and they started her pedicure – no robe, no tiara. So I ask about it and they tell me they don’t do that any more. It felt really dishonest that they didn’t mention that on the phone. Then the pricing on their website was off. The website said a gel coat was $5 extra, they charged me $15.

All the staff were really nice in the beginning but began making fun of peoples feet, and also making passive aggressive comments. They do not care if they hurt you during the pedicure, and are very careless when trimming your toenails, cuticles, and exfoliating your feet. The staff member who was doing my pedicure tried to trim the edge of my pinky toenail and ended up taking out a huge chunk of it. It happened too fast for me to say anything. It is still hurting and throbbing and I have trouble walking on it. You can see a big chunk of nail missing from my toe. I’m very disappointed because due to their impatience I have to suffer with a toenail injury which is a lot more painful than it might seem.

This was the worst experience! $21 for them to do what I could have. My nails are sloppy! They had a kid who isn’t licensed doing my nails and then the manager came over and sloppily added polish! My nails look bad and I have to go fix them myself after paying! I am furious! Do not recommend! Don’t go here there are better places Manicure

The owner was kind, so I’m sorry to leave this review, but I can’t recommend this nail salon. They did get me in immediately (only one client finishing when I arrived), which was awesome as a walk in, but I have an infection developing on two toenails from my pedicure last night. It could have been the shocking way the owner clipped/ripped my nails clear back to the base of my nail, (it hurt much worse when I got home! I was trusting during the service but with hindsight- what the heck was she doing!??!). My developing infections also could have been the cleanliness that unfortunately lacked, I’m sorry to say. The towels need to be replaced, they didn’t look or feel clean, at least the ones that I was offered. There was no sanitation processes that I witnessed (with instruments or hand washing) I was looking for it after the painful way my nails were clipped. The man that spent the most time on my services didn’t seem to be a trained employee at all, but a new boyfriend (speculating) without the necessary skill to make a paying client impressed. (Touched his face a lot during service, talked too much about being drunk, used a nail file on my skin to remove polish several times- ow! Scratched finished gel polish twice. But again, nice person! Just not trained. This situation could have shaped my entire experience. Maybe he really didn’t use the clean towels for me?? …But…. maybe he did?!) Although nice, he didn’t have a clue. It was uncomfortable and awkward and unprofessional. When I was charged $117 I was surprised!!! I would expect that at a higher end salon, but not here. I understand prices are increasing with inflation, but again, that money is not well spent at this spa. I still left a kind tip and walked out, but never to return. I would definitely redirect someone who is considering services here. The outcome of the gel nails themselves is reasonable. Hope better days come to this place. Never okay to develope infections after nail care, especially at that price.

Walked in and did not have an appointment. Its hard to find a nail salon that does hybrid gel. I inquired about hard gel to which the lady said, yes, they do hard gel. I then asked if they did hybrid gel. It was a pause in the answer but ultimately it was a yes. $55 for a fill. I sat down to wait for someone to assist me. While I was sitting, I had an opportunity to review the comments online. the comments were scary. Given that I have been looking for a solid person for the last couple of years, I decided it was best that I go elsewhere. So to the owner that is going to read this, it is sometimes best not to respond to comments because many of your responses are quite unprofessional.
