I randomly decided I wanted to try a new nail shop last fall. Let me say I have been hooked! I love how welcoming and friendly the staff is. Also very cleanly and organized. My experience has always been exceptional. I have a quite a few favs there; Nina, Tom, Sky, Tan for hands and Kim and Hannah for pedicures. Highly recommend! (Nina’s work in photos)

So the overall dip manicure is fine, but I paid for them to cut my cuticles and that didn’t happen. But the experience was dirty. They didn’t soak my nails in foil; instead they had me put my entire hand in a dirty bowl of acetone. The desk was covered in previous peoples nail dust and clippings.. The man didn’t clean the table before sitting me, nor put a towel down. He also opened his drawers and it was filled of other peoples nail clippings, old powder and who knows what else. Another man working, pulled out a cigarette while doing a young ladies nails. This would have been a better business if they took cleaning seriously.
