Monday afternoon so there was no wait. I had the hot stone pedicure. It was wonderful. I was not rushed and she spent time massaging my feet and lower legs. When I came in I let her know of a tender toe where a toenail was poking in to my skin (almost ingrown) she very gently cleared it and made sure my edges were filed smooth. Very friendly, professional tech. This place is close to my new home too!

Got cut and it drew blood not once but three separate times during dremel filing. Instead of pushing my cuticle back it was FILED OVER. Big ouch. Techs solution to the blood was to cover it with super glue and acrylic. My nails needed a second coat of polish and cleaned up from the first coat, never got it. Will not be returning.

Very pushy and tried to get me to buy things I didn’t want. told me I’d get a deal if I paid cash and then once I got up to the cash register they said there was no deal. The work was fine but they seemed like they were just trying to rush and get me out of there and get my money.

quick service for walk ins. polish lasted about 6 days perfectly and after 9-10 days there’s about 50% of my nails have large chips while 50% are mostly intact still. for the $15 price i’m all satisfied! i didn’t get the impression that they were using new tools on my cuticles but i wasn’t paying attention that much. however my nails are healthy as are my mothers!

The guy in the baseball cap shouldn’t be doing nails. He does not understand the meaning of “ouch”, or basic customer service (can I get you a drink, can I carry your shoes to the table, etc). I’ve seen other reviews on here complaining about the same nail tech. He does sloppy work. Please don’t respond with a generic response that you’re striving to meet your customers needs when he clearly isn’t and he, his skills, nor his attitude are being addressed.
