I got a complete full set of nails on a Friday and by the following Monday 3 of the nail were broken completely off. when I went back on tuesday, because they were closed for a holiday on that Monday, I was charged an addtional $15 and the older gentleman said , you hit something to cause them to break. I told him if washing dishes will cause acrylic nails to break, then his work to cheep glass. I will not return to Nail Secret. Horrible Customer Service!!!

Highly do not recommend this place. Everytime I go my nails burn TERRIBLY and I could not figure out why, (maybe they filed them too hard?) then I realized (by trying to soak in acetone..MMA won’t break down, EMA will) they use MMA monomer instead of EMA because after 40 min, nothing. MMA is used during certain dental procedures and should not be used on nails. (I am a licensed cosmetologist). Which is already illegal in many states because of the damage it can cause… see picture below to see how MMA can cause the natural nail to break off.

First time visiting- will not go back!!! Pedicure was not done appropriately – I had to cut and file my nails once I got home . After I repeatedly told him to cut my nails. A blind person could of polished my toes better! There should be no reason why anyone should be held for 2 hours for bad service!!! Manicure, Dip powder, Pedicure

I got a gel manicure less than a week ago and it has already peeled off. He barely did the actual manicure, maybe ran the nail filer across each nail one time. Then told me it would be $40, which seems a little expensive for a regular gel manicure in a small town, but overcharged me. He took my card, charged it, and never showed me the transaction amount until it was time to sign. Would not recommend.

The shop is beautiful but my experience was not the best. I arrived at 10am for a pedicure and dip manicure and ended up leaving at 1:15pm for service I realized at the conclusion of my visit, could have done myself. My toes were not fully painted and my dip manicured nails appeared melted by the gel lamp. When I returned, the owner seemed the least bit concerned and made me wait for the person who messed my dip up in the first place to have another try at it. This was a waste of time and money.

My first experience here was awful. I wanted a pedicure and my feet were not buffed and my cuticles were not touched. He did not take my gel polish all the way off and I had to ask him to repaint several toes but it only led to more polish on my toe than my nail. The owner said I could come back and get the service redone for no charge but when I came he said he would only change the polish. Terrible customer service. Terrible technical skill. They also charge $20 extra for gel polish.

The service started out good. Half way through my appointment the lady left me sitting in the chair with hot towels for nearly 20 minutes to go eat her lunch. By the time she returned I had removed the hot towels because they had gotten cold. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!
