My appointment was at 5:30 and didn’t get service until 6:40. The area we were seated at was dirty. Glasses that had been used were there and there was stuff all over the counter. By the time I was out of there it was 7:10, and I was already late to where I needed to be. Less than 24 hours later, the polish has already started to chip off. If I could give less than one star-I would.

This is my go-to place to get my acrylics, and I don’t even live in Hillsborough! I have loved Secret Nails ever since they first opened, I would always go when I was home from college. I have been searching for a nail tech for me since I have stopped doing my own nails (so you know I’m particular). Jade is AMAZING. My nails last for at least 2 weeks, and we always have great conversations (I’m chatty).

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I asked for a simple overlay. I informed the nail tech that over half of my nails didn’t have acrylic on them and instead of fixing them she filled my nails off and said oh that’s just extra nail. This was my first and last time at secret nail salon . Such a waste of money and time.

It has been 10 days since I got my nails done and 1 has broken and split across. Poor application, the acrylic is too thin. As someone who keeps their nails done I wouldn’t recommend. I didn’t make an appointment and walked in on a Monday at 11:30am, and walked out at 12:30pm. I went in for a deluxe pedicure with lavender scent, which was $39. The staff was VERY friendly. The massage chairs were HEAVENLY. The lady that serviced me was very sweet and took her time. Her demeanor was very relaxing and reassuring. I really enjoyed my time here, and it definitely felt like a getaway. Thank you for the wonderful experience!!!!
