My favorite nail place in the greater Seattle area. Absolutely adore Katie and enjoy having her as my manicurist. Secret Garden Nails & Beautique is by appointment only, it’s best to make your appointment online. It’s a no talking salon with zero gravity recliners for when you get a pedicure, honestly nothing like it. The best salon experience and worth every penny. Also I enjoy the educational shows they have playing on their tvs with subtitles so you can learn and watch something as you get your nails done. Well kept and clean salon with excellent customer service.

I want to note that if I could give more than 5 stars on this review, I would give unlimited golden stars. The facility is beyond gorgeous. It’s very stylish and modern. This place is the best place, no one can beat there cleanliness. Amazing service! The owners and employees really stand by the quality of their work, and it shows! I was a regular customer for Secret Garden in Bothell, and when the Bellevue location was opened I was super happy as it’s closer to my office and home.

A relaxing oasis. This is not a normal nail salon. It’s an experience. Be prepared to be whisked away to relaxation. Everyone I have worked with there has been amazing, but Liz, Sophia, and Crystal are top notch. I am always happy to go and can’t wait to go back.

I can’t recommend this place enough! It was such a fantastic mani/pedi experience from the ambience to services. They really go above and beyond with the spa manicure and pedicure, and the zero-gravity chairs were amazing. We are already looking forward to going back!

Heard so much about this place but turns out, the nail polish did not hold for 3 days. Place is really small. The pedicure chair/message chair did not even work. You’re not allowed to talk ? Other places charge 50% less for the same service. I really don’t understand the hype.

This was by far the best nail experience I’ve ever had. I had the Versailles and it was well worth the price tag. I am sure their other treatments are perfect as well, but if you’re looking to treat yourself, I would do it here with the Versailles. It’s been 5 days and I got the “healthier gel” polish on my fingernails and they look just as perfect as they did on day one, and I am HARD on my nails. I’ve had a problem with bubbles in gel manicures in the past, but definitely not here. I also don’t know why people in the other reviews had a problem with the “no talking” atmosphere. They talked to me quietly to explain what was happening and I responded also quietly; it really helps create a relaxing atmosphere. As long as you are taking quietly and respectfully no one will shush you. 10/10 experience.
