I had been searching for a new hair stylist for awhile and had made an appointment at Secret Beauty Spa based on a review another customer posted for them. I had my first hair appointment about a year ago and have been going there ever since. Brooke is my stylist and she does a great job with my hair. Always cut and styled exactly the way I like it. She’s super friendly, along with everyone else at Secret Beauty Spa and they provide top quality service. So glad I found them.

I’ve been coming to Secret Beauty Spa since they opened. Brooke is my stylist & she is amazing. She knows my hair & she’s honest with me if I suggest a certain color, foil and if it won’t work because my hair is too dark, she’ll suggest other options. I’m always so happy to come here! They offer many services and every stylist, etc. are always pleasant. Very friendly atmosphere, the chairs are comfortable & it’s just a great place to come! You can also buy your products here. SBS is the absolute best Salon!! ❤️

Extention Lashes, Very bad, I followed the instructions, I slept on my back, I did not wet or brush them for 24 hours. He made them for me on Friday at 5pm, for an hour and a half, and on Saturday the next day when I woke up I went to wash my mouth and 3 pieces fell out without touching them. And today Monday I have nothing, not even 3 full days lasted, they are supposed to last from two to 3 weeks. $185 dollars given away. I can’t believe it. I will never go back there and to top it all off, the lady works with nails that are so, so long that she can’t put them on properly. Disappointed. I would like a refund, but I know they won’t.

I had the experience of having Sandy cut my hair the first time I went in. I brought a picture of what I would like and I walked out of there with that exact cut. I was so excited, I totally forgot to give her a tip . I was so embarrassed, that I didn’t want to go back. I knew that now I needed a color so I tried to make an appointment with her again so I could explain but she was unavailable. I had Brittany today and OMG I thought the haircut was gorgeous and just what I wanted, I didn’t think I could hit the lottery twice. She gave me a color that she said she would take care of it and boy she nailed it. After I showed her a picture of what I thought I wanted, she said she knew exactly what she was going to do. I have the most beautiful hair color with highlights that I have never gotten before. It’s stylish, short and fits my profile perfectly. While I was being taken care of, I looked around at the other stylists and thought you can’t go wrong with any of them. Please, Please try this place, you will come out, a different woman. I think I look 10 years younger. lol

Brittany and Secret Beauty Spa went above and beyond for me. I called them nearly in tears after I got a color elsewhere because it was much darker than I had asked for. Brittany got me in for a consult the same day to be sure my hair could undergo another transformation and to discuss expectations and goals. I got in two days later and she took her time and corrected my hair. I’ve never seen my hair more beautiful and was blown away by the kindness of the staff and the cleanliness of the salon.
