Wow. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased this Groupon. I have certainly learned my lesson. I, along with SEVERAL others (as I am now realizing) have had terrible experiences trying to contact and make appointments with this place. First of all, I had to leave 3 voicemails and send an e-mail just to get someone to contact me back. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE THERE, EVER! Already frustrated as I mentioned in my final voicemail and e-mail, you would think someone would CALL me back to apologize for the delay. Nope, I receive a text message saying sorry they have been so busy and that we can schedule an appointment via text message. I certainly wasn’t able to get in as soon as I wanted to (since I had already been calling for a week trying to get in sooner) but was able to schedule my appointment 2 weeks out. My appointment was scheduled for today at 11am. Yesterday afternoon, I received the confirmation e-mail stating my appointment time and date for this morning. Great! I was happy that I was finally getting my massage. Then this morning, around 8am I get another e-mail stating my appointment is confirmed for July 31st at 11am. Hmm… I thought that was odd seeing as how my appointment was SUPPOSED to be in just a few hours so I called thinking maybe there was a mistake and that the e-mail got sent to me accidentally. I called and of course had to leave a voicemail (since no one ever answers the phone) to make sure I was still able to come in at 11 because I got this other weird e-mail. No phonecall back, but another TEXT message saying “Your therapist had something come up and had to move all of her appointments.” Okay, so no one was going to call me to TELL me that I was rescheduled to another week?? And you do this 3 hours prior to my appointment?? Really?? You don’t just send out another confirmation e-mail for another day and time and not acknowledge the fact that you just cancelled the appointment 3 hours before your NEW client is supposed to show up. We went back and forth through text messages after that and I expressed my disappointment in the way everything was handled. I asked to SPEAK with the owner (not text not email) and I was informed that I was in fact communicating with the owner and that she is currently in a session and cannot speak with me because of that. So you are texting during your session with someone else? I’d rather not have you massaging me anyway. I will be contacting Groupon to get a refund. At least Groupon’s customer service team CARES about their clients.

Awful experience, given a gift certificate for three massages back in october and had to call them everyday to make a appt. Finally got a call back a month later, to make the appointment for january for me and my bf. Waited 2 months and came in,the receptionist said there was a mixup and the second messuese wasnt in and they could only do one 30minute massage. The massage was good but i asked to when we could reschedule and they seemed irritated and gave me the owners #(which was actually the parlors #) and she marked i had 1 out 3 left. Ive called twice a week since then. Very unprofessional, whats the deal?

I bought several vouchers for this place. After calling for weeks I received a call back from the owner and was able to schedule my massage. It was wonderful! However, I have not been able to schedule the other, and now her phone is disconnected. Too bad such a wonderful experience is ruin by their unprofessionalism. I loved the massage, but they don’t value you as a customer.

I had scheduled an apt 2 weeks out to show up, and then find out my masseuse had to cancel because she was stuck up north with weather. It would have been nice to know before I drove 20 miles to get there. Now I’m still trying to re-schedule and still 2 weeks after no return calls or scheduled appts. Horrible spa if you want a massage go anywhere else.

just like everyone else, we could not get our massages. called and called and eventually had to get groupon involved to get an appointment. went at the correct day and time and was told that only 1 appointment was in the schedule. so we reappointed for a week later. went again and couldn’t even get in to talk to anyone. we knocked and knocked and knocked as we could hear someone in there, but nobody would answer. we were persistent and hung around for about 45 minutes and (tammy) finally came out to use the bathroom down the hall. i can only imagine she thought we had left. when she came back up the hall, she would not let me in and said it would be a few more minutes. no sorry or apology of any kind, just closed the door in my face. we waited about 20 more minutes and then left. groupon did give me my money back in groupon bucks (which was fine with me) and we have another massage scheduled elsewhere! ANYWHERE HAS TO BE BETTER THAN THERE!!!!!

I thought I would add this enlightening story to the other reviews. My rating of “3” is actually an average that combines the wonderful quality of the services provided by the owner and the horrible manner in which the way the business is conducted.

Bought a deal off of living social for this place for my wife for valentines day. Once I had got the coupon I called to make the appointment, when I called I got the voicemail it informed me to leave only one voicemail and they would get back to me. So I left a voicemail, but 2 days later hadnt received a response. Finally managed to get through to a live person and made an appointment for a week later. The day before the due appointment, I couldnt remember the time and called around 5 times to ask what time the appointment was, no response. On the day of the appointment I called numerous times, but still no response. So we drove up there, only to find the door locked, so we tried calling and could hear the phone going and then someone sending it to voicemail. We could also hear someone in there, and music was playing.

Like some of the other people that posted it’s been a week and left 3 messages. They haven’t called back. Trying to cash in on a groupon my boyfriend bought. If they don’t call back within the next couple of days then this weekend I’m going to see if he can get a refund or credit on groupon. I don’t trust a business that doesn’t return calls within 24 hours. To me, it means they don’t value their paying customers so I don’t have faith they’ll provide good customer service once they do call back…if ever.

This is by far the best massage place I have ever been to! They actually give you your full 60 minutes or very close to. The place smells awesome and they do a lot of extras that most places do not do! They also serve mimosas in the morning and wine in the evening!!! 🙂
