I hate leaving reviews like this but Two stars only because Dymaris was very nice and professional, however, the retention was not good. I ended up having to get them removed by Elayne James Salon because of all of the gaps, where they mentioned she had not isolated the extensions which caused a lot of damage to my natural lashes.

Enjoyed my experience the first few times I visited for lash extensions. However, I was recently cancelled on the night before my refill appointment and have not been rescheduled as stated by the lash artist. She said she would get back to me about coming in during the week, but I ended up having to text her 2 more times inquiring. As of now it has been almost a week since my canceled appt and I have not been rescheduled by her.

I just started coming here and seeing Dymaris for my lashes. I’ve never had lash extensions before and she did such an amazing job with walking me through the whole process and educating me on how to properly care for them. She is so sweet and professional. I was only going to get them for my vacation but now I’m obsessed with how good they came out and will definitely be continuing.
