I was in town for the day and I stopped to get a pedicure and manicure. The manicure I have is the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten in my entire life. All of my nails are different shapes and the gel that I just got 30 minutes ago it’s already chipping. They cut my nails down all the way to my finger when they did not even need to be cut. I paid $105 to be miserable and to go back to my own salon to get it fixed. I want a refund. It is very average and overly priced. I would love to speak with an owner about this, and how unfriendly the staff was towards me when I expressed that I was not pleased with my nails. I am from Albany so I was unable to stay to get my nails fixed & come back to get them fixed. It’s just disappointing to send so much money to not like what you get and not have there be any problem solving.

Critical: ValueThis was the first time I went there. After I read the Google reviews, I scheduled a manicure and pedicure. First impression was ok. The place looks clean and I was helped right on time. The professional who did my nails was very aggressive and I could see that she was in a hurry to finish it. I had to ask her to fix my nails 3 times. It was unbelievable. It never happened to me before. She was applying the nail polish in a sloppy manner. Moreover, when I called to schedule I asked their price. When I went to pay they said that I had the wrong information, their price was $5.00 higher than what they gave me on the phone. She insisted that I was wrong. I paid what they asked and to be honest, if I had a great service I wouldn’t mind to pay $5.00 more. In the end she did not give me the courtesy of a shoulder massage – as they usually do – she didn’t take the paper off my toes and neither helped me to bring my pants down before I leave.
