A year ago, I did extensive research and watched dozens of laser tattoo removal procedures and I was convinced that Picoway was my best option. I contacted several specialists from varying locations from North Texas to Southern California to Illinois, as I travel quite often and was looking for the best option for my needs. After tirelessly sending photos and receiving absurd price quotes for my large arm/shoulder tattoo, I came across Second Appearance. Contacted Lexi, she sent me a price and I decided to schedule my first appointment. Their prices were outstanding and their location was super convenient to home. I opted for a prepayment sum to cover the entire removal of my tattoo as my tattoo was new and had several colors, most certainly to take many treatment cycles. Candra took the lead of my treatments, has become a trusted caretaker, and never let an appointment close without following up with me to check my comfort level and healing progress. To Candra, the appointment does not end simply when you walk out of her office. She truly cares about her clients and takes great pride in your healing progress. I just love coming to Second Appearance every month to get my freckles treated. They have one of the few Picoway machines in the region. This is top of the line equipment according to research for what I wanted done. Candra is extremely professional and genuine. That means no selling me products or making small talks to befriend me. Instead, she is sincerely interested in having my skin improved and achieving the aesthetics I wanted. The machine does work wonders! Now I’m back for my Botox and possibly other procedures in the future. Their prices are also very reasonable too. Highly recommended!
