I have been going to the Bonney Lake Desert Sun for 3+ years. I have always been treated well and the staff have always been professional. But, I have to say that Taylour has been the BEST manager they have had. She is always pleasant and cheerful, professional and the most helpful. She takes great care of my needs whether it is tanning beds, lotion or other services you provide. She has a great personality and is fun to chat with, too!! She makes sure the place is always immaculate-right down to the rugs by the beds! Don’t ever let Taylour leave and I will keep coming there forever!!

Taylour is extremely rude and disrespectful at the Bonney Lake location. I’ve seen her on multiple occasions making her own staff and myself very uncomfortable and she’s usually eating and stinking up the salon more than she is working. Management should have promoted someone within and not someone from the outside of the company who claims to know what she’s doing being a manager when in reality she can’t even comprehend a simple conversation.

I found this place to be unfriendly, poor customer service, and Sketchy!!! I have been going here since the day they opened and now have stopped. The was manager was extremely rude and aggressive during the transaction. She ended up up-charge me $20 for each spray tans with a minimum of 10 tans. As of last march I used 4 of those spray tans. I went in yesterday for a spray tan and the same manager told me I had “0” left and wanted to sell me another package deal.
