Today was my first time tanning at all. I got a spray tan for an event. I was welcomed with smiles and they were quick and efficient. They didn’t try and sell me any product at all and the process was very easy. Ashley walked me through the poses for the spray tan and I was in and out. I get super anxious about things and was nervous to go in there but with Ashley’s help & reassurance I felt super comfortable & safe. I definitely will be attending again.

I brought my adult daughter, who has Down syndrome, in for a custom spray tan to prepare for an event she was attending. She needed the custom tan because she can’t follow the automated directions for positioning your body in the typical spray tan booth. Ashley got us in the same day, so my daughter would be ready for the next day. She was very professional, flexible and kind! She really looked out for my daughter’s special needs during the whole process and made sure she was comfortable as well as gave helpful tips! Thank you Ashley!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’m a big fan of this place after my experience today. I was able to book online an infrared sauna wellness pod appointment just the night before for the next morning, which was super easy to do on their website. AND they’re currently offering a one free week of light therapy services, which includes soooo many great things that I plan to try like body sculpting and red light therapy!I was so surprised to hear how low the monthly membership is as well for after my free period expires. Most other places I’ve found charge $150-200 a month to use their infrared sauna and Seattle Sun Tan charges about $50-60 a month for unlimited use!I had a great experience coming in. The place so was nice and clean and the ladies were really sweet and extremely knowledgeable about the services. The pod itself is soooo nice and super easy to use, and has all the perks that add extra comfort (like being able to adjust the heat level and other things the entire time in the pod – plus they have a built in MASSAGER and a cooling fan for your face, which I didn’t think I needed but was sooo helpful). Critical: ProfessionalismBack in April I came in to Seattle Sun Tan because I was getting ready to go to MX & wanted to be a little more bronze. I informed the woman that I rarely ran, typically only tan if I go on Vacation. Anyway she set me up with a package that she said was just until I finished using my sessions. She NEVER mentioned that I was going to be set up on auto pay. Yes I know it’s been 5 months since April, BUT I finally realized that I was being charged yesterday. I have been getting charge $35.95 since May. I went in to this location today and the manager was extremely sarcastic with me. I didn’t get her name but she had wild hair with combed up eye brows. She said “ I mean it’s your finances, you should pay more attention” I was so upset!!! I literally will never go here again. Back in April I came in to Seattle Sun Tan because I was getting ready to go to MX & wanted to be a little more bronze. I informed the woman that I rarely ran, typically only tan if I go on Vacation.
