One of the best parts of my birthday yesterday was meeting Katie. I’ve been a member at Seattle Sun Tan for 8 or 9 years now, and I routinely spray tan every Monday and Thursday night. I recently moved and went to my new location (Kirkland -Totem Lake area) and was told their power was going to be shut off. As I rushed to the next closest location (Redmond) I called to make sure they’d still let me in if I got there just before closing. From the moment Katie answered my call to the moment I left the shop, she was incredible. Katie is calming, friendly, understanding and provides outstanding customer service. I had one of those moments where you think “people really are good.” Throughout the years I’ve found most of the girls at various salons to be pleasant, but no one has come close to Katie. She knew I’m a regular at another location and had nothing to gain, yet she treated me like a close friend. I guess my location “losing power” was a blessing in disguise!

I love this salon! The girls are always so sweet, informative, and patient with me. Not to mention the salon is clean! Their memberships are so easy! It’s esstenially risk free. You are only obligated for one billing and then you can cancel or freeze whenever! I visit this salon and the Totem Lake location both are amazing! I would highly recommend visiting.

I’ve been coming to Seattle Sun Tan for 3yrs. now and I is love it!! No other salon compares to it!! The beds are all excellent, spray tan system looks so natural and is very affordable. Everyone that works at the Salons are so Sweet and Attentive……. as well as very knowledgeable about all products and services. No matter what Salon I have visited ….. they are all CONSISTENT!!! Service is always wonderful and the Tanning experience Fabulous! My tan always looks GREAT!!?
