Critical: Quality, ValueThey will have you pay up front for services on other days, then refuse to give you a refund, then the “credit” on your account can’t be used for anything but full price items even when they are having a sale. They are manipulative and I hate that they got any of my money.

I started going to the one in the Millcreek town center probably like nine years ago. I like having a nice even glow in the winter time since Washington rarely get sun. Everyone is always really nice and helpful and I never feel like I have to wait very long either. They show you everything to do if you don’t know how, and seem educated about skin care and about the products they use. And I think it’s a good value, especially if you are going to do one spray tan per week. **Update** I have to say..big turn over lately, girls working there are not as friendly as before. And can we talk about the Versa Spa spray tans? OWNERS!! At what point do you plan on replacing that? You are doing your customers a disservice. That booth is closed for repair at least every few months, just to break down again. This is an ongoing issue for at least the last 4 years. The last two sprays tans I got over the last month or so have literally only sprayed half of my body–half of each leg, only one of my hands, half my each arm, and yes I know how to position myself correctly for good coverage. I let the girl working up front know and her response was just “oh really?”. No apology, no compensation, no making it right. This location is the farthest north. Owners and management, your customer’s are loyal to you! You really need to have our backs more..

The attendee assumed I knew the rooms and didn’t tell me what room number my bed was in nor the spray tan room#. So I had to ask. The spray tan room looked like something out of a horror film. Complete with the dim lighting and freezing atmosphere. The spray tan machines “start” button virtually didn’t work. I had to press on it VERY hard to get it to start. Vs the normal light touch the other machines I’ve used have had…The heater in the spray tan machine didn’t work. It was freezing cold . I do not look forward to coming here because every time I come in they try to sell me on something and if your a member, with money on your account, they commonly pretend as if you have no more money on your account and try to sell more. You have to write down every penny you spend here because they commonly forget or act like there is no more dollars on your account when you just get done spending a lot, but if you write it down and walk in- very confident about what you have in their computer system and tell them that you keep track they fumble around on the computer for a while and say: oh yeh , I see it now, ok your good to go, sorry about the mix up I don’t know why I didn’t see it before. And this is not the same person, this has been several of the employees doing this as if they don’t get payed unless they sell you.

This location is amazing, always super clean and the girls are so friendly. My first time in they made me feel so welcome, I had so many questions and they walked me through everything and were so patient with me. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone!
