I went here last summer to tan before a wedding I was in. I was told I could freeze my membership. So at the end of August I asked to freeze it. I was told it was froze and then now 6 months later I find out its been charging me every month. I go in and I’m told this is a problem they have been having with their system and I need to call customer service. So I do. It takes them 3 days to return my call and then I’m told because their system doesn’t show my signed freeze for they cannot request a refund. This is upsetting. That’s alot of money to just be put because theire system messed up. To me, something seems fishy here and I will NEVER return to their company!
