I went in to inquire about a treatment service offered. I was greeted by two friendly staff. They were very helpful and clearly explained the service and the fees associated. I felt comfortable and signed up for a monthly trial period. I haven’t started yet, but will report my experience after the first couple of sessions.

My mom and I came in here since we only live 5 minutes down the road, to start tanning before a vacation. Immediately the staff was amazing and very knowledgeable about everything. I come in here almost everyday and they always are nice, helpful and kind with smiles on their faces. I’ve never had a negative experience. I had/have no knowledge on tanning and they walk you through everything when you don’t know something, and help you through it. One girl (who was the girl that helped us with our package and membership the first day) has shown me each bed, everytime I switch bed, and has shown me how to spray tan correctly by showing the different positions. Highly recommend to come here and tan!!

I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Bad service they don’t care about anyone.. just want your money, the girl that works there cleaned my bed before I got into there . The bed was extremely hot like a hot pan when I got into the room. I even touched it. Like the girl who cleaned my room could have at least say hey it looks like the bed is really not.. let just wait until it cools down or offer me a different room so I can do my whole time.. or even say let’s do 6 min instead of 10min… I would have at least appreciate it .. I came out told the staff and asked will those 4 min that I didn’t do go back on my account. The girl said yes if your on membership and I said yes I am. than I came to 4 days later and asked did those 4 min go back on my account this other lady said no.. why lie ? I’ve been going there for 2 years .. never had a problem . Until now, they are giving you false information every time. Staff that work there don’t know that they are doing. I canceled my membership right away. Rather go to another salon. If I could give them zero starts I would .

Critical: QualityMy husband and I signed up for service last year, about 1 week before everything shutdown from Covid. That’s understandable. However, once everything reopened, the company REFUSED to honor their original deal. We contacted the company headquarters and the correspondence continued back and forth for a while.Ultimately, the company offered to charge us $5 per month, PER ACCOUNT ($10 TOTAL) for not using their services– it’s their INCONVENIENCE fee they charge to place your amount on hold.Until things improve, we are not going to do business with a company that operates this way. It’s very shady.So, we lost $300 ($150 each), and for several months, they’ve been charging us this hold fee. That was the best they could do. I think it’s bad business to charge folks an unnecessary fee during these extraordinary circumstances and while this pandemic continues. I would not recommend doing business with them. Phenomenal service that I trust with my care. They help guide me with my tanning regime. Everytime I walk in they already know my name and have me set up to get tanning. Fake friendly staff in one direction only and that’s if you are buying. The last thing they’ll ever help you with is making the most of your membership or making sure you understand the rules around cancellation. Been driving to this location for 3 months from Olympia to use up my membership. Do you think anyone would mention that I could cancel my membership and simply use my tans? Typical fake-nice plastic female salon staff in this location.
