My mother recently passed away, and she had an account with them. I didn’t know what the process of cancelling her account would be, but they made it so easy and hassle free for me. You never realize how much the little things like this help with things like a family member passing. I can’t say enough about the over and above unexpected kindness and service I was shown when I came in! I had special event coming up fast so I went somewhere else close to my house. Big mistake, they gave me a horrible Splotchy, streaky and in some places all together untouched spray tan. It was a mess, I was so embarrassed! I came into Seattle sun tan hoping I could get in the spray tan booth and pray for the best. Thankfully Tracey the manager of the Bonney lake location was there. I explained what happened and she was beyond kind! She let me try some tanner removal cream, no luck… Then we talked about a few of my options and she said if you trust me I’d like to do something for you.. I explained I was having myself one of those days and I forgot my wallet so all I could do is use what I had on my account. She said no worries please it’s my pleasure I want to help. She then walked me into a side room and carefully blended out all my uneven splotches! She was my absolute angle. I can’t say thank you enough for the over and above kindness and help I received!!

I hadn’t been to Seattle Sun though so I wanted to give them a trial run before the big trip.Everything was great, they were ready for me when I got there. Traci was super nice and friendly and made me feel at ease. Better than all that, my tan looks amazing! She picked the perfect tone to give my fair skin a beautiful medium tan glow. Let me start by saying I love this tanning salon! They give the best customer service out of all the salons around! Also the girl working there named Emily is the perfect representation of what customer service looks like! She is so quick and is so knowledgeable about all the different packs there is and is very helpful with finding the right lotion! Also the beds are always so clean! I highly recommend tanning here and also purchasing with Emily! She will make you feel very comfortable there!!

This location is absolutely wonderful!! Every time I walk in I am greeted with a smile and “How’s your day going?” by the staff!! The customer service is great!!! Also, This salon is by far the cleanest one I have seen in a long time!! I use to work in a tanning salon, not a Seattle Sun tan, and cleaning daily was super important, I can see that this salon takes pride in cleaning!! The deep cleaning in done, the restroom is clean and has extra amenities, and the tanning beds/rooms are super clean!! Thank you Seattle Sun Tan for taking pride in your salon, it shows!!! I will be a customer for life!!!

I had an amazing experience! For a first timer, I was very confused and didn’t know anything about the different types of tanning and products. Thankfully, Emily helped me by explaining everything to me clearly and was very attentive. She made my first experience great and now I can come back with no questions or hesitation.
