I really like the doctor, but the last time I came in I was showing them a rather rare condition I had developed. I removed my mask (with permission), and the medical scribe/medical assistant was staring to get a good look, which made me uncomfortable. Curiosity is understandable, but be discreet. Another time they brought an esthetician in during my appointment to upsell me some skincare to correct the issue I had come in for. The sample made my skin worse almost overnight. Reactions to skincare ingredients are of course subjective, but I didn’t come in for an esthetician appointment, I came in for a medical diagnosis.

Absolutely amazing experience. Excellent care from getting the appointment setup to the end of the visit. Everyone in the office is friendly and prompt. Dr. Spoonemore is knowledgeable and took the time to examine me, asked if I had any concerns and answered my questions. I highly recommend this practice as they are amazing.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Lawler for over 20 years. Mostly for routine things but he is always very forthcoming and helpful with any questions or concerns I’ve had and quick to act. He has a great bedside manner, is polite and appropriate. My husband goes there too. Dr. Lawler is one of a fading breed – a patient-oriented doc. The best!

I got miradry for my hyperhydrosis in 2018. I hate that I can’t remember the name of the woman who did the procedure but it was SO worth it. Two whole years I had no sweat from my pits and as of now I’d say the amount is very light ONLY during very heavy exercise or being very overheated. (my case was very severe.. probably would win an award for worst pit sweat prior to miradry) I could not function in society prior to this procedure. To this day I’m so scarred from the previous sweat that sometimes it FEELS like I’m sweating heavily from my pits and I check and there’s nothing there. It really works! To anyone thinking of getting it done I’d highly recommend this clinic!! You only live once and you deserve to feel normal.

They schedule 10 minute apt time slots for their doctors. Every time I go I feel incredibly rushed and unimportant to them. Front desk was short and unfriendly. Doctor rushed through my exam and seemed annoyed with all my questions and concerns. Won’t be coming here again.

I have a serious medical condition that I’ve had to see multiple doctors for in the past two years. I was initially excited about connecting with a woman of color doctor, thinking that I may finally receive quality and empathetic care. The doctor I saw even states in her bio that she specializes in “skin of color,” which for me, was refreshing. When examining me, I asked the doctor to examine a part of my body that received radiation treatment. She stated that she could “check it again.” She actually had not checked the area yet.
