Hollywood and his staff are amazing! They are very professional and always provide excellent service. His wife did my nails for me before my Disneyland trip and went out of her way to make sure it was perfect! I absolutely love them! Hollywood and his team are top notch. The level of service, kindness, and detail are unmatched in this area. I took my daughter to get a manicure and pedicure with Halloween designs and decided to get mine done too. The care and patience they showed with her immediately put me at ease and I was able to enjoy my experience as well. I pulled an inspiration picture from Pinterest for my nails not knowing if it could be done and my nail tech didn’t even flinch. She matched it perfectly and I have received so many compliments. I am absolutely going to be returning to this nail salon for good.

I was really looking forward to trying this salon since it’s so close by and the ratings have much improved from before. Unfortunately I won’t be returning to Seattle Hill Nails after my experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming when I arrived for my mani/pedi appointment. I wasn’t exactly clear on the polish selections and picked one off the wall for my feet and a gel polish color for my nails. The pedicure went well to start but then I began to feel like I was being rushed. At one point, the owner (I think) came over just to do my polish but didn’t do a top coat. He then rushed me over to a different nail tech to start my manicure so I figured they would maybe do the top coat after. I never got a top coat on my pedicure and the polish was bumpy to the touch. The gel manicure was ok but I could tell she was putting the polish on too thick and when I got home I noticed several of my nails were lumpy both visually and to the touch. I should have gone back but I wondered if I was maybe being too critical. I wasn’t. Not even a week later the polish on my hands was starting to crack and lift at the cuticle. Within a week, one nail had cracked so bad that the polish came off. After about a week and a half my pedicure had also started to come off since I didn’t have a top coat. Anyway, friendly staff and I was grateful to be able to make an appointment same day but the quality of technique and materials will have me looking for a different salon in the future. A salon experience should be relaxing and we should be able to feel confident that a $70 plus mani/pedi last longer than a week.

Owner, Hollywood and his staff are FANTASTIC! They have transformed this nail spa into a clean, beautiful and friendly space. They treat you like family and hold their quality standards VERY high. The shellac manicures we get are WONDERFUL, EVERY time. I will not go anywhere else, because I know that I will never be disappointed here! Make an appointment today because I’ll be making my next one SOON!
