Had visited this salon few times. It’s under new management and my overall visits was pleasant. The new owner was very nice. Normally I get gel mani and pedi. The hot stone is awesome.My go to place now as to love the customer service.

My sister & I went here for gel refills and toe polish change. I’m giving this place 2 stars because the toe polish looks ok. However, the woman that did our nails, was rushing and cut at least every other nail on both of us. Our cuticles are inflamed and it’s super painful. Do not recommend getting nails done here. There is plenty of other salons that take their time and do a better job.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityWent in with my friend (she heard good reviews) for the typical full set with gel and also gel pedicure. The ladies who did our nails for us completely ignored the fact we asked for gel and gave us dip powder. I’m pretty sure they just wanted to charge us more. They were sweet, but we did NOT like how our nails came out. This is the best salon I have found so far in Massachusetts. The environment is lovely so are the people. They did a GREAT job and can do specialty nails, which I have found a lot of salons can’t.
