Critical: ProfessionalismI used to love this place but the young girl at the front desk is so rude. They close at 9:00p.m. I personally don’t get off work until after 8:00p.m. I go in tonight at 8:40p.m. and sign the book with my name she asked me my last name, first name, & then how long would I like to lay. I said 10 minutes in a super bed. I already had my lotion on so all I had to do is undress and get in the bed. She says NO YOU CAN LAY 5 minutes WE CLOSE AT 9:00. Excuse me I pay money to lay in those tanning beds and just because they want to lock that door at 9 o’clock and hurry people up that’s not how a business is supposed to treat their customers. It would have been different had I wanted to stay 20 minutes but she could have been a WHOLE LOT NICER and let me lay my 10 minutes considering it was 20 minutes until 9.
