I went there to get my hair colored. I had a picture of exactly what I wanted but I ended up with a bit of a lousy job. I also got my hair flat ironed afterwards and that didn’t go well either. I walked out of the place not loving my hair and very disappointed. The staff was kind but that is not enough, especially when dealing with people’s hair. I would recommend for them to sharpen up their skills. The first picture is what my hair ended up like, and the other two are what I wanted. Guess now I gotta go hunting for some other place to fix it.

My friend got a perm from here a stylist said they could do. It turned out TERRIBLE. When she went back in, they said “oh, yeah, that style is not possible with perm” and refused to fix or refund.

A friend recommended the salon. However was put off when they wanted payment upfront when booking on-line. The day of the appointment I was unavoidably detained and arrived 15 minutes late. When I arrived no customer service. No hello welcome, etc. I said I had an appointment and the first words of greeting were with attitude “you’re 15 minutes late!” This is how you greet a first time customer. No grace period, no sorry you were detained and then explain their policy which is 20 minutes late and it’s cancelled. They said I could come back at 7 that night but I couldn’t so they kept my money saying they charged for rescheduling!!!! So unprofessional. If they knew me, they would know I have never been late for my appointments so this was a rarity. Very sorry my hairdresser moved away.

Only got hair color and no haircut due to online appointment snafu. Disappointed that my stylist did not care that I was not going to get 5 star treatment, on my Valentine’s birthday too. I had boogers and no one checked on me for over 29 minutes, until I could flag someone for tissue. No water offered, no ask if I wanted to buy product. I tipped $20 for a $90 hair color session so she could have a better experience than I did. I will not be returning.
