My son and I had our appointments on Monday. Initially, we had a bad impression but then everything went so well and we were so pleased with our visit and grateful to have finally found a practice that works for us! The wait was not long, Monica and Bill Wray were wonderful to me and my children. They were knowledgeable and took good care of my son and made him feel comfortable. They explained everything clearly and answered all our questions. My experience with Meghan, her assistant and the secretaries was excellent. I also felt comfortable, received a thorough exam and did not feel rushed. Thank you!

First visit was today and the experience was 10x better than my last two dermatologists I’ve tried in the last three years. I went in with numerous things needing to be addressed and never felt rushed by the doctor or assistant. The doctor was super personable and didn’t downplay what I was there for which was what I experienced twice before at different practices. I left educated on my issues and with treatment options. So excited to finally find a place I like!

Terrible experience, they make you wait way too long in the little cold room with the paper gown. Barely said two words to me while doing the skin cancer screening. Billed my insurance company with the wrong codes. I called the office 2 times, the first time I was told it will be fixed, the second time I was told they always use those code. So completely rude and unprofessional.

Found a different dermatology practice. As others stated, Meghan’s treatment of humans is unacceptable – standing as far away as possible, wringing her hands, and minimal examination for annual skin check. But she prints out pages claiming to have advised patient on various skin issues even though she never did.

Everything was A+++!…. The Doctor (Dr. West) and the rest of the staff was great! They eased my nerves, and made sure I was comfortable during surgery! The office was very clean and comfortable! And the procedure was performed quickly and 2 weeks out looks great!! 5 srars!

From beginning to end the staff is wonderful the office is cozy and clean. Bill Wray is an awesome PA. He is knowledgeable and effective in his work. He has a cheery smile to greet you with, and a very pleasant demeanor. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Seaport Dermatology is at the top of their game. Excelent!

Warm, friendly staff. Great attention to my care. PA even gave me his cell phone number in case I had issues after hours or on the weekend. Checked in with me several times also as my condition can turn into a serious one quickly. Would recommend Bill Wray-PA and his staff and Dr. West who consulted with him but whom I haven’t met. Best treatment I have received!

Unpleasant experience. The receptionist and MA were very friendly and welcoming, however the PA that treated me made me feel like I was nothing but an annoyance. Zero compassion. I will not be going back and I do not recommend.
