A wonderful experience from every aspect. My husband and I booked a couple’s massage and were able to use the amenities before hand, and it was far above my expectations. All of the staff have great customer care and made sure we didn’t want for anything. The spa itself was clean, stocked, and just very well kept overall. It is truly the best place to relax and unwind. Our massage therapists were great, Nancy is an exceptional therapist who took my concerns about issues with my neck and was able to give me some much needed relief.

Myself and a group of friends went for a spa day before my friend’s wedding. The 5 of us were all getting manicures, pedicures and massages. The spa package did not include gel polish, which was never mentioned to us upon booking. It only included regular nail polish in a limited number of colors. My friend also wanted to get acrylic tips done but they didn’t even offer that. Had we known all of this, we probably would’ve booked elsewhere. We thought all of this would be standard for the cost of the package.

Very nice spa with multiple amenities. Whirlpool was a little small and crowded. Pool was very nice. Only thing I noticed was that the hot tub needed to be re-tiled in some spots and have the grout scrubbed.

What an absolute relaxing experience! Andreah was so sweet and gave my girls and I a tour and provided us with necessities (sparkling wine ). My daughter got me the salt scrub and soak spa treatment. Kitty did an exceptional job! I have a difficult time relaxing and she managed to completely relax me. I will be back for the wonderful customer service as well as the best spa treatment!

I received a deep tissue massage from Jenn. I’ve had pains in my back for a very long time and when I tell you I wanted to cry of relief the minute she was done. That was amazing! I could feel her release all of the tightness, tightness I didn’t even know was tight. Thank you Jenn for the best massage ever! 10/10 spa and experience

I made an appointment for me and my daughters for 9 AM, I made it clear that it was a mother/daughters time together and wanted to make it special. We had our facials while the oldest daughter had the massage, when she went for her facial, my younger daughter and I were waiting for so long for our massage to begin. After 45mins I went to the front desk, they told me that our massage was at 3 PM, checking my text from the SeaHill Spa, it was never mentioned. They wanted to charge me anyway but I showed them that wasn’t clearly not my fault. In the end they didn’t, the front desk lady gave me an attitude without an apology. For the price of the services, it was quite disappointing. No need to come back again.
