If you’re looking for a deep-tissue massage Carman is amazing. I came in for a 90-minute massage with her. She asked what areas I wanted her to focus on. She had great pressure, great technique, cupping, scraping (The scraping instruments helps locate and treat soft tissue tightness and injury. It breaks it up to restore mobility) and CBD Oil. She constantly asked if the pressure was good. My shoulders and hips were tight from moving. After leaving she reminded me to drink plenty of water and instructed me on areas I needed to stretch more.
