These sleazebags will refuse to see a patient if they have any kind of a balance at all. I have dealt with these people a few times in the past and it has always been a horrible experience. Believe it or not, not everyone has $1000 sitting around the house to pay a medical bill from when a doctor just looked at a mole. I even set up a payment plan with them! I am literally making my payments on my PAYMENT PLAN that THEY set up and they will not let me or anyone in my family under my insurance make any other appointments until the balance is paid off. There are other dermatologists around- I would suggest seeing someone else. Anyone else. These people should have their license pulled.

Welcoming receptionist who was compassionate to a disabled patient who arrived about the same time I did. The person who ushered me to the examining room kindly helped me with a request prior to the exam. Daren, the person who did the exam was respectful, thorough and responsive to all my concerns. The whole process used sufficient time to do everything well but not a second longer. What’s not to like about an annual procedure that could be frustrating and irritating. I appreciate the way they do things and love the atmosphere created by the staff and art on the walls.

Excellent care and explanation of same. Maybe some discussion of whether to shave following Mohs Surgery. Waiting room a little crowded, but enough seats. Prefer not having to drive from Dover to Portsmouth, but I simply don’t like to drive in rush hour.

My appointment with the physician’s assistant was exceptional. She was caring, listened, and provided the health care that I needed. The receptionist at the front desk could use some training in people skills and requesting their personal information, as she never said hello, good morning, how are you, or even please; just “id and insurance cards,” which I had to ask her to repeat as I am deaf in one ear. This was my first visit to this office, so a nice welcome to the practice would have been appreciated. Just a suggestion. Thanks.
