I came into the salon asking for a caramel balayage and showed them a photo from their Instagram. They told me I would need a full head of highlights but they would definitely be able to achieve the hair color I wanted. I’ve never done anything like this to my hair before so I did not know the difference and set the appointment and also for a haircut. In the consultation and when I went in for the appointment I told them specifically I do not want my hair to look reddish, I wanted caramel. First the women doing my hair dry cut it and said she would fix it up after she colored it and never did, I think the cut looks uneven. The women doing my hair bleached it, while the bleach was in my hair she even showed my the hair book with all the colored strands of hair, again I pick out the caramel pieces. She washes the bleach out and put the toner in for approximately 1 minute. She starts to blow dry my hair and it looks bleach blonde still. I said I did not like it’s wayyy to light doesn’t look caramel at all and she put the toner in for 10 minutes this time. I left the salon with exactly what I did not want a reddish looking mess and spent $200 on said mess. Really unhappy with how everything turned out, won’t be returning.

Went in for a Balayage today and it was the best hair experience I’ve ever had! The girls are so nice and make you feel very welcomed. Holly was the one to do my hair and she was amazing. She took her time to make sure it looked right and made sure I liked it before leaving. Highly recommend this salon!! I will be going here and no where else from now on!

I frequent this salon often in search of the hottest trends in hair. Linnette nails it every time! The girls here are wonderful, polite and welcoming. She always listens to what you want and really takes her time, never feeling rushed. You leave there looking and feeling like a million bucks without spending it!
