Saturday and Monday my pedi lady is there. I will literally change plans to go on one of those days. They do an awesome job on nails as well. But can I just say their pedicure are absolutely amazing I drive from Port Orchard to go there! For those of you who don’t know PO is an 1.5 drive that’s if there is no traffic. She is amazing!!

I made an appointment here about 3 weeks ago, the worst service that I ever had, I kid you not. I went there for a pedicure and manicure, when they did my toes they didn’t cut my toe nails nor did they soak them for a good amount of time, they didn’t even cut the cubicles or took the dead skin off of my feet like a regular pedicure should be, and the lady was rushing by painting my toe nails very sloppey and had it looking clumped up. When I showed the lady the nails for my manicure, around this time it was close to closing, and she was rushing and she doesn’t know how to shape nails into a coffin shape, she shaped it really thin and I told her about that and she told me to wait until she puts the acrylic on but I know what coffin shape is suppose to look like but I waited patiently for the outcome, also she had my nails on really crooked as well and asked if she can redo it and she got very angry and took my nails off in a way that it really was hurting me and I told her slow down and also when she was putting my nail polish on she was doing my French tip really unevenly, clumped up, and she didn’t go over it again and I told her to

They were very nice, got us in right away. There was only 1 client there. I don’t like my toenails clipped so I asked for them to be filed down, she didn’t do it. I got shellac on both hands and feet as I needed the polish to last awhile, I was going out of town. Well the VERY NEXT day, my polish was already coming up. I have gotten shellac many times and have never had it start peeling the day after getting them done. My nail polish barely lasted a full week it was peeling up during my vacation. They did a pretty quick/rushed job. Decently priced but not the best quality. And the selection of colors wasn’t that great.

They were unprofessional, put me in a dirty and hairy pedicure tub, my nails look like garbage and are uneven, patchy, misshaped, in the middle of a service the nail art tech got up and waxed someone else to come back to me without cleaning her hands to touch me. Then when I went to leave I had to give a larger amount due to the type of bills I had. They tried to steal 25 dollars from me as a tip for the awful experience. And when I asked for money back the guy was rude to me and only gave me back 20 dollars when I should have received 25 dollars back. So they STOLE from me still not saying anything I additionally left a 10 dollar tip out of courtesy. The lady that does the acrylic nails is not professional or nice at all. About 3 years ago I asked her to do my nails and showed her a picture of how I wanted them. All along I kept telling her they were not coming out how I wanted them, she kept telling me to wait until she put the acrylic. Once she did that I told her they did not look similar at all, even showed her the picture and she didn’t even say anything because she knew I was right. I told her I didn’t want them and she got upset and started taking my nails off with such anger. I just left it alone and went somewhere else. Today I called and made an appointment to take my acrylic nails off and she said yes. I get here and she saw who I was and told the other lady to tell me she wasn’t going to take them off cause she had another appointment. I asked her a question and she just ignored and left. So far 2 hours later and I have not seen her have another appointment. Poor customer service on her behalf. I love this place because of how the other lady does my pedicure and I am loyal to her. In my opinion she could have admitted to her mistake and tried to do a better job or at least be nice with the people who keep her business going.

I’ve been here 2 times now – got the Spa Pedicure both times. For only $20 they do a ton! Foot soak, oil and lotion massage, scrub, hot towel, and of course trimming/clipping and color! The chair also massages and reclines, so it’s an added bonus. The gals that work here are very nice and do an excellent job. I can’t speak for the other services, but I would definitely recommend the spa pedicure! A great value for what you get

If you are looking for a great pedicure and manicure where they actually pay attention to detail, and give a nice massage. This is your place!! Unlike other salons I didn’t feel like I was being rushed even tho she runs the place alone and was busy. She took her time to thoroughly remove my cuticles (something most places seem to not focus on much) the massage was lovely since the last few pedicures I got they didn’t massage besides applying the product. Here you get an actual nice, relaxing massage with both the pedi and mani! I was blown away with the experience and then she told me the total and I was even more blown away. Only 30 for both a mani and pedi with paint on both. Most places charge more than that for just a pedicure that lasts half as long and isn’t half as good. 10/10 would recommend. I will definitely be going back.

Kim gave my daughter and I the most attentive & amazing ‘walk-in’ pedicures we’ve ever received. She suggested we call ahead and get the “deluxe” treatment next time! I’m already looking forward to it!
