My name is Kat Adams. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and I am the owner of Sea Spray Massage. My business is based out of Southport Chiropractic. I was born and raised here in Brunswick County. I received a Bachelors’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Guilford College, where I also was a student-athlete. After college, I became a Teacher Assistant for Kindergarten for 6 years. I decided to go back to school for Massage Therapy, where I now am a Licensed therapist since September of 2019. In my free time, I hang out with my dogs, watch sports, and exercise.
