After 7 years of a hair growth journey and 2 pregnancies my hair was finally at the length and health I wanted. After much thought and research I thought a subtle balagaye would be a good mommy make over– boy did I choose the wrong establishment. Piper did my hair and she is a wonderful person however she ruined and damaged by hair with the bleach process. I left unhappy with the first go around and it seemed really odd my hair was all the sudden overelastic and super matted with knots. This continued, yet I put it in a bun and out of sight. Went back for a toner fix and still not the desired result. Mind you, I had to wait for the availability in between– then, the salon owner basically facilitated a refund for the $234.00 mistake and disaster. Do I apply the refund? Absolutely– 100% great customers care. Were the receptionist and stylist kind and tried to be helpful? Yes. However this does not make up for the destruction of my locks. I do not recommend this salon for color services. I am left truly distraught about the current state of my hair.

I cannot say enough about this lovely Steilacoom treasure. First off, the staff is inviting, polite and very knowledgeable. The environment is peaceful, comfy and clean. Over the years I’ve had multiple services (massage, pedi/mani, facial, hair color/cut), they never disappoint. You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Wish I could go more often! Thank you Sea Spa!

Wow! Piper did a lovely job cutting and styling my hair. It’s a little shorter than I usually wear it, but it’s gorgeous! My husband loves it, too. I look like a brand new woman.

Mom was visiting and wanted to treat herself after a few hiking ventures. We were able to schedule and get in the same day. We chose the Puget Sound Duo, and it was awesome! The view from the porch on a beautiful day, the chairs, the foot and arm/hand/neck/shoulder massage was amazing. The staff was so kind and pleasant. They let us bring our own bottle of wine to enjoy. My favorite was the paraffin wax hand treatment. I didn’t realize what I’ve been missing my whole life. I will be back for sure.

My partner got my mom and I gift cards for Christmas to go here. Sweetest mom and daughter gift ever! This place was sooo great. Amazing views of the Puget Sound. We both got massages, I was pregnant so I got a pregnancy massage. My mom got the fassage. Both were fantastic.
