We booked a couples massage on the beach for sunset. The massage therapist that we had, Caitlin and Stewart were great! Will definitely book with them again. The tiki hut was cute and very relaxing. We could hear the waves in the distance and the soft music playing was perfect. Highly recommend

Had the most relaxing yet powerful deep tissue massage. Keegan (sp) is professional and made me comfortable with quiet music in a quiet place for me to really relax my body and mind. My left shoulder and neck were sore for weeks but not anymore. I felt muscles relax I didn’t even know needed it. Great experience all-around.

One of my retirement gifts was a gift certificate for a beach massage. Although the day I scheduled was extremely windy, I enjoyed it so much, I almost fell asleep! Will definitely return and ask for Shea!

Booked a couples beach massage on March 18th for April 18th at 11:30a. We showed up to the beach at 11:10 and waited and they no-showed. When I called at 11:30, the lady at the front desk said she needed to look in to it and call me back in 5 minutes. She told me I was already waiting 20 minutes, so what’s the problem with waiting another 5? Ten minutes later the owner called and explained our reservation didn’t come over to their new booking system, which makes zero sense because I called a week prior to confirm and I filled out the paperwork. She also snapped at me and accused me of yelling at her, which I wasn’t. I was just frustrated because this was our 13th anniversary gift to each other and our day was ruined. She did offer free massages, but we would have had to wait there another 2 hours. Also, the tiki is right next to the road. Not a very peaceful environment. Really disappointed and will not try booking again. Be sure to double, triple check your appointment if you decide to book!

Very rude customer service skills. As part of our 4th family vacation at AMI, the women wanted to get a massage together. Unfortunately we had to reschedule due to the weather conditions brought by hurricane Elsa and the inability to have an outdoor massage. The lady working the desk was very rude about the situation. When we called to cancel for good,we noticed that she was on the phone and still without a change of attitude. It seems that Amanda (I believe that was her name) needs some training in customer service skills. We will not be returning.
