Very disappointed with my trip to this salon. I have gone before and have been happy. The technician didn’t listen to anything I had requested; even after telling her several times. The technician beside her even explained things to her; and she still did it incorrectly. I thought she was going to correct it, but she told me I was done. When I questioned her, her response was, “Sorry .”On top of that she had pink eye. Sadly, I won’t be back.

Went for 2 manicures and had to ask to get a massage. Apparently that is extra? I have never been to a Nail Salon where the massage isn’t part of the service. It is an additional 5 dollars, which is just silly for a 2 minute massage.

My last visit about two weeks ago i got a pedicure, during the pedicure she went to deep doing the cuticles and cut my toe. I got an infection and had to get on antibiotics. I almost had to have half of my toe nail removed because of the infection. Critical: ProfessionalismI just wanted to try this place out. She was cleaning around the toenail and went too deep in one spot. So she had to get the clippers to cut that piece off.
