Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI have been going to this salon for AWHILE now, and I’m never disappointed! All of the staff is really welcoming and they are all so kind! Kimmy always greets me with a smile whenever I walk through the door! Ever since the mini remodel, not only has the color selection EXPANDED, this salon now feels so much more open! I work at this addresses Panera, and I’ll literally have customers always ask me where I go to get my nails done, and I always tell them ‘literally just right around the corner in this same plaza!’ Take the review from someone that’s been coming here for almost 2 years into consideration before you go off someone who’s only come here once or twice!! I have been going to this salon for AWHILE now, and I’m never disappointed! All of the staff is really welcoming and they are all so kind! Kimmy always greets me with a smile whenever I walk through the door! Ever since the mini remodel, not only has the color selection EXPANDED, this salon now feels so much more open! Critical: Quality, ValueI went to the Salon to get my feet done and I wanted a acrylic on the big toe and they refused to do what I asked because the nail had a hole in it, which did not hurt at all and could’ve been fixed with the acrylic covering it, but they didn’t want to cover it so the put nail polish on it and let me walk around with one toe bigger then the other, I was charged $46.00 for something I didn’t want. I went to the Salon to get my feet done and I wanted a acrylic on the big toe and they refused to do what I asked because the nail had a hole in it, which did not hurt at all and could’ve been fixed with the acrylic covering it, but they didn’t want to cover it so the put nail polish on it and let me walk around with one toe bigger then the other, I was charged $46.00 for something I didn’t want.
