So I have to say I was very skeptical to try this place out…I am one for reviews and was weary once I saw the ones out there. I am so happy I tried this place out!! My hubby and I did a 30 min massage and were able to get a shared room. Mimi and Nico (I hope I didn’t butcher your names) were amazing (and I have had my share of Asian and “regular” massages). I LOVE deep tissue and they did not disappoint!! I will definitely be back and probably be a regular!

I used to get my massages at “So Relax” at Parkway Plaza mall in El Cajon only to discover they’re permanently closed. So, I went to iMassage in La Mesa. I really liked how they gave me the massage. I have a bad back pain, & the massage helped me. I feel more relaxed than I felt in months. I would highly recommend getting a massage done here. The price is right too, a full body massage, you get for 1 hour it’s $50. &, don’t forget to tip. I’ll be going back again, next month. This is the second time within a year that I have been to this location. I used to get my massages at “So Relax” at Parkway Plaza mall in El Cajon only to discover they’re permanently closed. So, I went to iMassage in La Mesa. I really liked how they gave me the massage. I have a bad back pain, & the massage helped me. I feel more relaxed than I felt in months. The massage was decent. When I entered no one was up front, it was really dark. When a woman did come I mentioned my appointment and showed my Groupon. I was lead to a room, no questions about what I wanted, how much pressure, any painful areas, nothing. I got ready and an older man came in, I said that I’d prefer a woman masseuse and he kept coming in. It took some miming to get my point across, as English was not his strong suit. He left and a woman came in. I let her know that I have fibromyalgia and can’t have deep massages. She did some different pressure amounts until I chose the right pressure for me. She did have some times where she got a little too deep, but overall she was okay. Her hands were really soft and smooth, she spent plenty of time on each area, got a little closer to my bits than I’m used to, but nothing inappropriate. The hot stones were hotter than I’ve had before but she didn’t have them stay in one place long enough to burn. When she massaged my thigh/hip area she used her finger tips which hurt a bit. The massage itself was fine, but the business as a whole could use fine tuning.

Had a very bad experience. The lady was rude 20 minutes into the massage and she asked me if I wanted to switch another girl I said yes. She then went on a rant about I need to tip her more than 10 dollars when she did not deserve it anyways. Then I asked for a refund she went on to call another worker on the phone and when I spoke to her she wouldnt pass me to her higher up so overall, I paid 30 dollars for a 20 minute massage, I’m disputing with my bank, I recommend not coming here

I came here on may 10 to get a couples massage and it was the worst massage I ever had. They never asked me to fill out any paperwork or if I had any injuries. They used too much pressure. My wife has a slipped disk and they made her back feel worse . when the hot stones were placed on us they were extremely hot. They spoke in chinese the ENTIRE time but never once asked us if we were enjoying the massage. After leaving they demanded a tip in the doorway and got mad and laughed when I only left 5 and the women said its 2 of them. They are lucky they got that the massage not good at all

If I could give this establishment zero stars, I definitely would. My sister, mom, and I scheduled an appointment for July 30, 2019 @ 10:00a.m. We got there and were told that they forgot about our appointment. The young lady then calls someone (another masseuse) to come because there are three of us. The lady got off the phone and let us know that the Masseuse would be here in 10 minutes. My family and I waited for 30 minutes, they offered no discount services nor were they apologetic. We FINALLY left this dump of a business to get real messages at Happy Head.

My massage with Olivia was good however she did not do my whole body like I asked and she ended my massage 15 minutes early. I asked for a 60 minute massage. I am not returning here and will find somewhere else to get a massage.
