this was my first salon experience where i felt like i was getting my moneys worth. lucy was my stylist and she was so nice and talented. she listened to what i wanted and executed exactly that. i also liked that she offered to help another stylist with a later client which showed a sense of helplessness that is vital in business. i walked out with the biggest smile on my face!! so excited to go back again!
